So Lately I Have Actually Had A Bit Of A Social Life, Shocking I Know
So Wednesday due to the cancelled hockey game sunday I had to work a hockey game and miss out on girls night with Jackie and the girls. it was just more stupid shit to put up with from Erin, blah blah blah.
Thursday was fun. at work we had a birthday party for Christina, where we cooked out and such, but before that I was sent on the errand of picking up the desserts from Taste of Elegance in West Carrollton, about 5 miles away, well because I dont really know that area all that well and Missy's directions were a little vague, i ended up being gone for an hour, ended up in Centerville which is in the opposite direction and on 75 a few times when I should have been on it at all. fun times for me. Then after work we went and had drinks at Applebee's. as we were leaving a guy offers to buy us a shot so we go back in. we go to the Walmart across the street and get peticures, which took about 2 hours for 3 of us, basically because of Missy. And then we headed back to Applebee's and hit the second happy hour.
How many people do you know can hit both Happy Hours at Applebee's without even trying? Apparently my co-workers and I can.
Friday was work and then the hockey game. All possibility of me going out with Christina and Jackie from work was gone when i see the downpour of rain as i am getting ready to leave the Nutter Center.
Saturday I had to work my first Saturday. It wasnt too bad until Bart left and I had been working with a customer and 2 more come in as soon as he is out of the parking lot and at this point I am the only one in the ENTIRE BUILDING. I couldn't get a hold of Jeff and was freaking out just a bit, but after Jeff got there it was fairly quiet again.
After work watched Ann's kids for a bit. Went to Walmart and got the cutest Easter outfit. And then worked the hockey game, where I have soo much bitching to do about that game that I wont bother people with it but MAJOR GGGGRRRRRRR!!
After the game I went to McGuffey's with Jackie, Kelsey, Brittany and Christine to watch their friend's band. and because Kelsey is a gimp at the moment the creepy old guy sitting next to us bought us free pop the whole night even though we didnt really want it. We also got free cds from this other band, 650 North, really good and just recently got signed by Warner Music in NY. After we left we did a Steak 'n Shake run, then went back to the apartment and talked. I crashed on the couch.

Jeannie's husband got a suite from DP&L so got free food and drinks that were much better than the Qdoba that is usually available from Media Food. right after the game, sarah and i took taylor and shelbi to a charity Bengals vs the Police Basketball game, took shelbi around and was able to get 4 out of 8 autographs. the Bengals ended up winning 71-65, toward the end it got to be a close game.
that has been my life this week. Surprisingly busy for me.
