Labor Day weekend
So my weekend wasnt so bad. Friday I got off work early and watched movies all night. not too bad.
Saturday was the street's block party that I (a) forgot about or (b) wasnt told about it. but it was fun for the bit that i was down there for. i wasnt even down at the Jeter's 5 minutes before Mr. Jeter pulled out a bottle of Jim Beam and asked if i wanted a shot, so i did my first shot of Jim Beam. did a beer run for sarah and donnie and picked up a bottle of SoCo for myself. you gotta love walmarts that sell alcohol. the only plus to a super walmart.
Sunday I woke up early and spent all day with Jackie helping her move into her new apartment! the only bad thing was it was on the third floor and the security guard kept coming by saying you have half an hour to move in. ok 30 minutes to move furniture into an apartment he had to be smoking something. a plus to the day the stairs to the third floor werent nearly as narrow and winding as the was in Carrington Ave.
today i spent most of it reading with spurts of doing some yard work, aka moving branches and cut things into one pile in the backyard to be taken to the dump next weekend. although somehow chris managed to convince Taylor to mow the backyard with its thick tall grass by himself. more power to the 10 year old i say. and there was a trip to dairy queen for everyone for being helpful, or you know being fair to everyone.
so now i have to go back to work in the morning. not entirely looking forward to it but i enjoy work for the most part and the people there.
LOST SEASON 1 COMES OUT ON DVD IN 2 HOURS AND 50 MINUTES, as it is now 9:10!!!!!!!!!!!
