Book meme thingy
It's international book week. The rules: Grab the closest book to you, turn to page 52, post the 5th sentence. Don't mention the title. Copy the rules as part of your post.

Bah, I was hoping for something a bit more sophisticated from that book. The 5th sentences are usually things like "brown the sweetbreads in the butter, adding the figs and their soaking liquid" or "the small meringues will be used later for decorating the dacquoise" and the classic "remove the rabbit and keep warm, reducing the sauce and adjusting seasoning with chocolate or vinegar as required"
