I've had a kinda stressful day of fucking around with some new, generously donated computer parts, but I think I'm all set up finally. Now it's time to relax with a bottle of Duvel.
I also baked my first souffle last night. I over whipped the egg whites a little bit, so it was a tad watery, but it rose like a motherfucking smokestack. Attendees of future dinner parties, prepare yourself for some chocolate souffle action (maybe with some creme anglaise piped into them).
