It can be so hard to tackle changes. I give you kudos for the hard work of assessment and wish you the best in your endeavours. :) I totally agree...good intentions seems better and more reasonable than resolutions!
My list this year isn't nearly so ambitious and I still may not make it all...

Thanks for your good wishes. For the moment my only progress is towards lucidity. Today again I postponed a very boring report to read some more interesting documents.
