Times up. This is from a test instrument ad. Swiss army knife is trying to say it can ... uhh test anything? And Jitter Package is some sort of package as an add-on to this instrument that will allow you to measure 'jitter'. And Jitter as you can guess... is just a jittery movement of something. So saying ... 'jittery movement of something' would've done it.
All is not lost! You know I bring goodies down anyway.. ha ha.. except since nobody won, you'll have to share instead of hogging it all.
