I've just watched 5 Centimeters per Second after a long time wanting since I saw the screenshot. Which is, awesome.

5 Centimeters per Second has flawless graphics, you'll be amazed by stunning pictures, details, lightning, colors, in each frames. It means that if you pause anywhere, you'll find a flawless, stunning images to be stared at.
Not only a candy for eye that 5 Centimeters per Second gives, it also gives us a heart-warming story, that'll make you burst into tears.
A really worthed anime. I don't lie about this.
You'll hardly find anime with an amazing storyline (not to mention that it'll reduce you into tears), stunning graphic, reminiscencing sountracks (well, maybe this one just for me, but aside from reminiscencing, the soundtracks are heart-warming..) warped into one.
Spoiler-Free Summary
Tōno Takaki and Shinohara Akari were best friends at elementary school. They shared same interests that draws them close to eachother. That moment, Takaki thought that he and Akari will be together forever.
Until one day, Akari had to move to Tochigi due to her parents' job, while Takaki stayed in Tokyo to attend junior high.
Since his parting with Akari at the railroad crossing, distance started to slip between them, their relationship, until they met again, in the same place where they're parted, the railroad crossing.

1st『Cherry Blossom Extract』
"They say it's 5 centimeters per second. The speed at which cherry blossom petals fall, 5 centimeter per second." After said that, Shinohara Akari, Tōno Takaki's best friend, ran and crossed a railway, then said "Next year, wouldn't it be good to watch the cherry blossoms together again?". Then the train came and cut off Takaki's view.
Akari, had to move to Tochigi Prefecture due to her parents' job, while Takaki attended junior high in Tokyo. But distance didn't keep them for contacting eachother. Mails save their relationship.
But then, just like Akari, Takaki had to move to Kagoshima due to his parents job. Before their distance is too long, Takaki promised Akari to meet her at Iwafune, and planned to give her a letter contains his unspoken words, which he wanted to tell Akari. But at the day, the snowstorm slowed Takaki to reach Iwafune at their promised time. Not only the snowstorm, even the wind blowed his letter away. Altough he thought that he won't meet Akari due the terms of late for hours, Akari's there. They're finally meet.
But their meeting made Takaki realized, that he can't be together with Akari forever.
