Juliet doll Complete

Clothes.

But the Juliet doll is done. It was a quick and dirty job, but here it is:


 


The sleeves are an earlier style - mid 1400's.  I normally do 1470 .
No time for embellishments.
It's amazing how much the fabric draws up. I thought I had cut the pieces to big, but it was just barely enough to get by.
Plastic does not give like flesh does.
I had to stitch the chemise at the shoulder to the gown to keep from slipping off.
And  her legs are so long, and her waist is so small that you cannot pleat the gown enough to make it as full as it should be at the bottom.

Tomorrow I work on Romeo's outfit.
