Yep, I did make it to the gym last night. 30+ minutes on upper body weights and 30 minutes on the eliptical. Still wanting to get to the sexy body work out, but need to sit down and plan life out. Life plan revolving around exercise and accomplishing some goals. Last night was about get some endorphins and get home and unpack some... at least get the massive amount of stuff off of my kitchen floor and then I only had energy for a shower and bed with a late call from Dan. Totally forgot dinner. Sigh. Scott'll be over tonight, so dinner will happen. How am I going to fit this all in. Need a scheduler.... oh wait... I picked one up last week free to Duke folks. Heh. I have the tools. I have some knowledge. Now it's about motivation and enacting what needs to happen so I feel better physically and mentally I'm achieving so that improves, too.
To everyone out there supporting me, my heartfelt thanks. If you're on this path of getting back in shape, too... I'm loving the company. Hanging out with more active folks is a HUGE step towards being more active myself. All the positive energy is awesome and awe inspiring. Hugs.
