Twilight

I read it.
Not just the one, but all of them. All four published books, plus the portion of Midnight Sun that's posted at Meyer's website.
Crackfic has a new name, and it is Twilight. Having done some random bit of searching, I've come to the conclusion that crackfic as a term is intended to be applied to fiction that is kind of cracked away from reality or established canon of assorted subjects.
Twilight adds a new dimension to that. Fiction that is so bad, and you know picking it up that it's bad, and will, in all likelihood, pollute your brain with things that are often completely left unsaid or un-thought, rather like crack... But you read it anyway. Because you just can't help yourself. It's a terrible addiction, and you know it, it might even be slowly killing you, but it doesn't matter. You have to read just one more chapter...
I blame the likes of cleolinda for making it even more addicting. But, at least she made it funny as all hell.
Also, the icon came from bistyboo1974. And it is awesome.
