Okay ladies, here's the scoop. I've been surfin' the net trying to find this out but I'm tired and sick of looking so I'm asking you guys...
In the Victorian and Ewardian eras (so lets say late 1800's - early 1900's), what was the social etiquette to marriage when there were two or more daughters. Was it generally acceptable to have the youngest married off before the older daughter(s) or was that frowned upon?
