Reagen
Took Reagen to the vet yesterday. He's gained two more pounds in a month. The vet drew blood and we won't know the results for a few days. It's either hypothyroidism (I hope so), or he has Seasonal Bi-Lateral Alapecia that is causing the hair loss and is just fat despite the fact that he doesn't eat a lot and gets no 'people' food whatsoever. I'm hoping it's hypothyroidism because it's easily treated and less expensive than the Slentrol the vet will recommend for weight loss if it's not the former.
My brother is going to his girlfriend's sister's for Thanksgiving and my sister (who lives in another state) has invited my mother and me to her house for the holiday. Mom lied and said we were going to her sister's for the day just so we can stay home together. The truth is, we love my sister, dislike her dogs (because one of them starts fights with my passive Reagen) and we HATE her girlfriend. I know 'hate' is a strong word but she's not a nice person and treats my sister badly. My sister won't listen to reason when someone from the outside tries to get her to open her eyes.
