Creative update
Submitted 2k to my writing group (it was originally just over 1.5k but I ended up adding to it). It still needs a bit of work but I wanted to wait until the feedback before posting it, which is a departure from usual.
I started the chapter on a notebook, then typed that on Q10, then transferred it to Scrivener where I added more, then compiled it to word and wrote/edited some more there. I'm going to try to keep it to notebook/Scrivener only, at least until the free trial runs out. Hopefully by then I'll be wanting to upgrade.
