I'm like, a normal human being.
I start work tomorrow at a law firm. I have a giant salary, health insurance, and a 401K.
I love my apartment. I'm practically all unpacked, my furniture is all assembled, and my bed is the most wonderful, comfortable, sensuous thing in my life.
Oh the stories I could tell. I've had some great adventures in temping. Like the time I showed up to work, was sent away, and got paid anyway. Or the time I worked at the chamber of commerce for 6 hours (during which time all I did was a crossword, finish 2 books, and answer the phone about once an hour.)
Then there was the time Erin found a giftcard while she was cleaning for 100 smackers. Oh, the trip to Wal-Mart that ensued was epic. We bought Legos. And you know, other responsible grown-up type things.
Christmas Carol is going well. If you miss it, you will be sad.
