things that have changed:
japan is most likely not happening. apparently the company is having financial problems, hasn't paid some of their employees, and has bad textbook sales. i'm still scheduled to leave (in 2008), but I doubt it's happening. I think they'll go belly-up in the near future.
however, the day i found out about this, dan beaulieu offered me a job SMing for him at Player's Ring. this quickly turned into not a one show deal, but a 2 show deal. So I'll be moving to the Seacoast at the end of the month, and working at Player's Ring through January. If you have a couch, chances are I'll be sleeping on it at some point. Thanks to everyone who's already given me permission to move in with them so that I don't have to sleep in my car.

Did I mention how grateful I am to all my friends on ye olde seacoast?
So yeah, I don't know how long my move is going to last. I'm hunting (with some success) for other jobs on the seacoast. You know, so I can buy my own place at some point. If I can keep getting work, this could be a semi-permanent move...well, at least until I get work out of state or do grad school or find a wealthy gentleman.
So maybe I'll be down there for a few months...maybe for a year or two...it all depends.
i just bought a dress that is a size 12. Yeah, it fits. And it's a 12. After years of struggling with eating disorders and yo-yo diets; and after years of being a 14 or a 16...I'm back to a 12. It's snug, but it fits, and the weight loss shall continue! I haven't been a 12 since my freshman year of college. Suddenly, losing those next 20 pounds seems reasonable.
