Hi everyone!

My name is Meg. I am 21 and have been struggling with an eating disorder since I was 12.  My lowest weight was 80 lbs and my highest was 112.  Currently I am 105.  I am 5'2" tall.

Every day I will write out a meal plan for the next day, in addition to any other goals for that day.  When the next daycomes I will write about how I did.

Tomorrow:

My boyfriend and I are having dinner together for valentines day. This is what I should be eating :

breakfast
Oatmeal             100

Lunch
Luna Bar            180

big dinner
2 oz spaghetti   210
½ c. marinara sauce 75
fake sausage     100
salad w/ vinegar 25
garlic bread   200

That's a total of 890 calories.  Which isn't too bad.  A little on thehigh  side, but....

I also hope to get to the gym for a 45 minute workout.  We'll see how the day goes...
