We spend our lives learning. We scrape our knees and break our hearts and from these bruises black and blue we begin to take precautions. We become who we are by becoming aware of our surroundings. By observing our environments and responding appropriately. We are submitted to years of exhausting life before we are tried and true enough to trust ourselves trusting someone else. And when that day finally comes, when we allow our world-worn hearts and bodies to take on yet another soul, it is the combination of two lives that create an incredibly dynamic reality. Between the two, an energy burns and shapes and hums. It is unique and genuine and impossible to replicate. It is a perfectly tangible feeling.
