Show Them Your Love
I admit, that The Tampa Bay Lightning, will most likely always be, my #1 team. Part of me, will always lie here. This is where, my love for hockey was born. I might not speak of the organization in the best of tones sometimes, because I think they pull a lot of boneheaded moves. Just my opinion. (I know, every team big whigs make boneheaded moves, however, being that it's MY team, that I've loved since they sucked royally, and whom I still love deeply, I take it to heart...)
That said. I have adopted The Buffalo Sabres, as my 2nd heart. They've been on my radar for a long, long time, and I picked them up a few seasons ago, and have followed them since. People like to call me a bandwagoner, and that's okay. It's funny how people think thier opinion matters to me. Oops, I must have missed the memo that said I am supposed to care what you think. Blow me.
The Buffalo Sabres have put together back to back incredible seasons. Ryan Miller has been the goalie of dreams. Daniel Briere, Chris Drury, Maxim Afinogenov, Brian Campbell, Henrik Tallinder, Jason Pominville, Thomas Vanek, they've all been absolute stars. The entire team is amazing, and I am PROUD to be a Sabres fan, and have a jersey hanging in my closet, raring, and ready to go for next season.
Thank you Sabres. You've warmed my heart, all year long. You made me scream with joy, and excitement, never knowing what might happen next. You kept me on the edge of my seat, and hanging on every shift. I love you guys, I hope you know that. My faith never faltered, and though you may not have made it this year, there is always next year. Keep working hard, keep your head up, and keep your heart in it. YOU ARE AMAZING! Thank You.
