lady, you sound manic!!!! i'm so sorry i haven't been in touch - a combination of skintness and stupid amounts of choir rehearsal have conspired against me. have you any time in the next week or so, or should we leave it till after you're back from brussels and macedonia? it would be ace to see you if you have time!
I am heading to Brussels on Tuesday lunchtime. Between now and then I have to spend Saturday in Donaghadee and I have wine tasting class tomorrow night, but that is all my plans so far, so let me know if you have time to meet up :)
depressingly, monday evening is my sole free.... no, you know what? i'm slightly lying, as i'm free on saturday evening too. tomorrow's out for you, friday we're going to a leaving do for a friend, saturday day i have choir rehearsal, sunday i have choir rehearsal and performance (hence why i've been so manic recently) which goes on into sunday evening, and monday i'm free!!!!
Monday night I think as I'm not sure what time we'll be back from Donaghadee on Saturday, but I doubt it will be early. Do you want to meet somewhere on the Lisburn Road?
All your choir practice sounds hectic at the moment, are you practicing for something special?
monday night works for me! lisburn road works as well - and you pick a time, as i'm happy to be governed by all you need to do before you go away :)
it is pretty nuts! we had the verdi concert friday just past, on sunday we're doing a recording for the bbc of a specially composed piece to commemorate the flight of the earls (which will either be for radio or telly, but no one's quite sure), and then we have the annual messiah performances on the 14th and 15th december!!!! we've had a really heavy schedule this year pre-Christmas, though thankfully it appears to be much saner post-.
How about 8.30pm? I have the intention that if we meet up a bit earlier, I'll head home earlier too :) How do you fancy Ryans as I haven't there for a while and I can't face the Chelsea again.
Wow this choir thing is pretty busy. I remember singing Handal's Messiah at school though and it was pretty fun :)
super - 8.30pm at ryans it is! and i shall endeavour to not keep you out tooooooo late!
the messiah will be good - it'll certainly be light relief following from this appalling number we're doing on sunday. tuneless, painful and completely unrewarding.
