I'm working at the RenFest this year. Come buy, and see me please. You know you love RenFest. Eat Drink and Be Merry! Next Weekend is Scottish themed. Then the week following is my personal favorite, High Seas Adventure. Basically, PIRATES. Last year, that was the weekend I attended, and saw no less than 3 different Jack Sparrows.
September 9th and 10th is going to be perfect for the ladies, being the Romance weekend. September 16th and 17th will be the International weekend, as we celebrate cultures from accross the globe with International Dances and Song. Another popular theme is the Celtic weekend, September 23rd and 24th. While we will be open, I'm not going to reccomend coming on September 29th. As the website puts it, "A day set aside especially for school groups and seniors, but all are welcome!" Yeah, old people and kids. Great combination, there, folks. Finally, there's the Chocolate Festival, September 30th and October 1st. That's right folks, we actually hit October this year. That's f'ing METAL.
Ok, time to earn my keep in a booth.
The booth sells all-natrual bath products, including soaps, body powder, bath salts, and *wink, wink* massage oils. The soaps have no lard, the body powdrs have no talc, the bath salts are from sea salts, and the massage oils have no woody bits in it this year. She found that with the whole ingredients in the oils, they would sometimes break down, and you would get little bits of stuff in the oil, and it was a Bad Thing. So no bits in it this year.
I can get you a free sample of the body polish, a kind of scrub we have. Great for calouses, especially with repeated use. OH! almost forgot, we have lotions for things like tattoos, broken-skin injuries, and slivery bits that may be stuck under the skin. Got some great stories about them, too. Come buy so I can share.
Almost forgot to mention, the lady has a website where you can order the soaps!
