Right. Onto the business of my first entry in this journal. I've been on Livejournal since 2002 but this particular journal is a new venture aimed at delving deeper. It's an attempt at both a little more distance yet a little more openness. It's a work in progress. It's a work in thought.
Who am I? My first attempt at an answer to this question being I still don't really know, I can at least tell you this: I am 25, i'm a student, i'm a lesbian, and I have black & red hair.
What will I write about? This journal probably won't be a reflection of a well balanced day-to-day life, but rather random musings about everything from the awesomeness of grapefruits to the way I feel when I'm lying in bed with my girlfriend. Writtings will most probably include political though, explicit language, homosexual content, artistic expression, and biased opinions.
And finally, Am I looking for friends? I am. I am looking for the friendship of fellow thinkers, writters, and artists. I am looking for friends who update their own journals and who read/comment on their friends' journals. I am looking for opinions, ideas, and perhaps even debates. I am looking for raw thoughts and feelings. I am looking to relate.
