FARK!!
today for the first time in like, forever, i decided to eat a carrot (BAD IDEA!!!)
It broke my permanent wire retainer in my lower teeth. but even worse was that it broke in a way that it forced my teeth to move out of alignment. now my teeth are CROOKED!!!!! :O!!!
so i had to call the hospital if there was any service that wud allow me to fix it. but u guessed it, there is no such thing, not even a dentist on call!!! tut tut!!
so i called my orthodontist place, and left a message saying whats happened. and saying we need to be called straight away. (knowing how busy they are they may have to give up a lunch break for me...)
so tomorrow i will have to go in to the orthodontists and probably get braces AGAIN!!! to fix the damage, but probably for only a week or two... but to make things worse, i have sorta been neglecting my upper teeth plate. the orthodontist told me to wear it every night. but he didnt say for how long. and so i did that for a year. and then after that i started doing it every second night, then every third. ect... eventually i stopped all together. and my upper teeth havent really moved much, but have moved a little and yea.
this means the orthodontist will notice this, and give me a telling off!!!!! (i hate being told off, kuz i know i did something wrong! but it happened, get over it) this better not cost money. kuz the lower retainer wasnt meant to worsen the teeth... but its probably going to cost $$$$$$ and thats not kool. FRICK!
so yeah. today sucked big time. and now my tongue hurts because its getting harshely scratched by this fake tooth and wire thing!!! grrr.
