Once Albedo starts getting his powers back, he might end up a bit of a godmode given the fact that he can create visual and audio illusions, play with the fabric of space and regenerate from any injury. He's also not a nice guy and thinks annoying/scaring/hurting people is fun. So I'd appreciate it if you'd answer these questions

A lot of these are a crap shoot until Wilhelm regains his powers. Right now, he's helpless, although so is Albedo. These should be considered for when he regains his powers.

Can/may he mess with your character's perceptions? Once he regains more of his power, no. Unfortunately, Albedo may or may not be able to do it until then if he gets his ability to do so before Wilhelm get's his. So, of course, if that happens, Wilhelm will seek retribution.

May he mutilate himself in front of your character, or other similarly traumatizing things? Wilhelm don't give no fuck. Go hog wild.

May he injure your character? Possible; we'll talk about this if the event that Albedo would try comes up.

Can/may he teleport/use telekinesis on your character? Right now, yes. Once his own powers kick in, no.

May he troll your character? Yes. This is probably inevitable anyway, considering Wilhelm's house mates.

Can/may he use telepathy on your character? Eventually, it's going to be impossible, but it'll depend on the order the characters regain powers.

Is there anything supernatural about your character he might pick up on? OH GEE I DUNNO

He's gonna be jealous of you living with Rubedo while he's stuck with a bunch of random mortals, you know.
