[Action]
*Having found out that he apparently now has a job at the library, Albedo reluctantly showed up at the start of the workday. Not even five minutes into pretending to work, he's thoroughly disgusted and on the lookout for someone to bother and either distract himself or at least make sure he's not the only one suffering.*

[Phone, after work]
What irony, to be speaking of my fortunate exclusion from a forced occupation only to find out mere days later that that's no longer the case...makes one wonder if the powers behind this place are attempting a sense of humor, uncreative though it may be. And just as things were getting interesting, as well...but I suppose this only serves to make me appreciate a little distraction~

An interesting piece they played on the radio last night, but I doubt it'll have the effect desired. Propaganda only works if the source is trusted, after all. Or perhaps I'm not giving our captors enough credit? A threat, then, is it? I certainly wouldn't put it past this place...but the threat of death seems rather paltry when it merely means revival the next day. So either way, it seems rather pointless, does it not? Or is the fear of death so ingrained into the mortal mind that even in a place such as this, where it holds no true meaning, you still desperately cling to your physical form despite there being no reason to fear even your own destruction?

long winded like crazy, mortality is odd, didn't curiosity kill the cat?, trolling time, this town officially sucks, just a little crazy, being a creeper, too used to immortality
