*Albedo noticed several things wrong when he woke up. First off, he was waking up. He didn't sleep unless he didn't have anything better to do, and he definitely had something better to do, since he should have been in the middle of helping Rubedo and Nigredo deal with their father. Second, he couldn't feel Rubedo or Nigredo, it was as if neither of them existed. He didn't bother stopping to take stock of the rest of the wrongnesses at that point, though, as he was bolting out of bed, ignoring whoever else may or may not have been sleeping there. As far as he could tell, Rubedo and Nigredo were gone.

It didn't take him long to find the phone and he picked up the primitive-from his perspective-device. That was when he notice two more things wrong. He was touching it. He couldn't actually physically touch objects, he could only move them through Imaginary Space. And he was missing his gloves. He was alive and in someone else's clothes. Maybe he was human as well? That would explain why he didn't feel either of his brothers without believing they were dead.* Whoever's responsible for this, I suggest you release me. That is, unless you'd like to find out why mortals dared not trifle with the likes of Pollux. Even stripped as I seem to be of my power, I'm still not one to be taken lightly.

my dearest rubedo, intro, don't you love mythology?, surprised to be alive
