Someone at 250calsorless posted a great tip

Recently while looking at yogurts I noticed that the cookies n cream had less cals than the fruitsy stuff. What the hell right? Someone else commented on this stating that one could take really lowcal untampered yogurt and customize a serving size to their fitting, adding a crushed pack of 100 CALORIE PACK OREOS, so that's what I did. It's so good. I'm not using the full bag of crushed oreo. I'm looking at a bowl with a 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt (55cal) plus a half bag of oreo (50cal) = 105, instead of being almost 200. Awesome! It's like I'm always telling others, it isn't how much you eat, it's what you eat! They think they have to go depriving themselves all the time to lose weight but that's bullhockey. So this plus my last coffee bar :-( will be 245cal for a breakfast. That's not bad at all. it leaves me more leeway for lunch and dinner, yes? I'm not buying anymore of the coffee bars for a while since they expensive and honestly have that awful high fructose corn syrup in it. Anyway that's all for now, just thought I'd share some wisdom. Remember now, not HOW MUCH you eat, but WHAT you eat. Besides, you are more likely to binge if you deprive yourself too much, then you'll get into the realm of selfabusive b-p'ing behavior.
