(no subject)
well this week was FUN..so wednesday i woke up and my ear was hurting and so i told my mom i was taking a pain pill before school and asked her to schedule me an appointment for the docter..my appointment was at 2:50 so she picked me up at the house (since early release) and we get to the doctors office. i see a different doctor b/c mine wasnt there and she swabs this neon yellow infection outta my ear. then proceeded to smell it before inserting in into a tube. WONDERFUL...then she comes back in with my other antibiotic and more tylenol w/ codin and ear drop perscreption and tells me i NEED to go to the hospital and get blood work and a CT scan done...
so i get to the hospital and go through admissions and they tell me that i cant get a CT scan without an appointment..ggrreeaat..so i go to get my blood taken and this lady tried three different times before calling in another lady to come and try. the other lady gets it on the first one. but now theres a bruise on top of my hand and poke marks on my arms and hands..so after that we went to cvs to get my meds filled and mom took me home so i could take one of my pain pills i had at the house..i was fine until later that night after i took a shower and my mom finally came back home and brought me my medicine..the doctors nurse called and asked about my CT scan..she told her i didnt get one and the nurse asked how i was and i was crying b/c i was in so much pain and i was freezing b/c of everything..so she tells my mom to take me to the E.R....did i mention that i HATE hospitals..
so we get there and the doctor checks me out and sends in another lady to draw MORE blood and to stick a plastic needle IN my vain for the IV i need for the CT.. wonderful..
we got there at about 9:45 and they took me to go get my CT scan at about 12:45 and the whole scanning took anly about 5 minutes to do..which they put so junk in the iv first and then put the dye in which makes you feel really hot and makes you feel like you have to pee and then like you actually did pee...so that wasnt fun but they said nothing was wrong except the infection was making everything swollen...so they discharged me at like 1:35 in the morning...ggrreat..
not to mention that i had 4 shots of a strong antibiotic in my BUTT at the doctors office...but i feel much better today and thats all that matters..
