Gackt blinked. “Yes.”
Hyde sighed.
“Am I boring?”
“I don’t think so.”
“Wow, thanks.”
“Hyde-”
“Shut up.”
Gackt patted his head.
“Stop it,” Hyde muttered.
“Why don’t you ever laugh?”
“What the hell does that mean?”
“Honestly, truly, just laugh. As if you mean it.”
“Why don’t you?” Hyde whispered.
“Good question."
Pause. Gackt continued.
“It’s raining."
“I noticed. I can’t go home, I’ll be soaked and my hair will be wet,” Hyde grumbled.
“You have a car.”
“Your point?”
“You have a wife.”

“I have company later.”
“Are you trying to get rid of me?”
Gackt’s jaw tightened. “Could I?”
