I was going to make several posts about the current misogyny parading around the country, rearing its ugly head and calling itself normal. But I can't do it without a lot of rage and despair, and I'm frankly tired of rage and despair. And there are dozens of smart women who are making cogent points all over the internet. Today, I am pointing you toward one of them. This article about overcoming Conservative Fear of Women to live your life as strong young women despite them says a lot of what I'd like to say, and points out a lot of hypocrisy I'd like to point out. So read it and know that I agree with it. And young women, not young women, women of the future? You are awesome. You don't need to put up with any of this bullshit. You are strong and beautiful, and we who are here now will try to make this place a little less misogynist for you.
