The pirates have come to shore! They've set the dock ablaze and are looting shops and houses street by street.
Evacuate all townspeople to Fort Charles immediately!
[A Private Note to Suzanne:]
Suzanne, forgive me, I though I knew what was best. The pirates might not be stopped before they reach the governor's home. Barricade yourself somewhere out of harm's way. The servants' quarters might be safest.
Suzanne, please stay safe.
[A Private Note to Lieutenant Burnett:]
She's in the governor's residence. Protect her, by order of the Magistrate.
