Summary: A first meeting between Jin and Kazuya who are watching the snowflakes fall and happen to meet each other.

Jin watched as the sun slowly began to fall past the horizon. A small smile formed on his lips and he hopped off the balcony ledge, walking out of the fenced yard. Just as he past the small gate a figure landed in front of him.
“Going out to see him again.” Jun said - not asked - as Jin stopped in front of him. The younger being looked up at him almost defiantly. He sighed and patted Jin’s shoulder as he walked past the other angel, “It’ll be faster if you fly.”
Surprised, Jin whipped around and stared at Jun silently before smiling quietly. “Thanks, but I like walking.” He said and took off in a quick pace.
Jun watched as the Jin’s figure faded into the distance, a strained smile on his lips. The other angel was free to do as he please, and all Jun could hope for was that Jin wouldn’t get himself hurt in the process.

Kazuya smiled brightly as he headed towards the park where he and Jin usually met up. It had been a few weeks since their first meeting and Kazuya could count the number of times he’d seen the other man on one hand. Each time they saw each other was short as Kazuya sat on the bench waiting and Jin bought him a warm cup of tea before taking off into the night once more. But even so he couldn’t help but grin brightly at the thought of seeing Jin again, even for a brief moment.
He came upon his usual bench and sat down, placing a delicately wrapped bundle next to him, and took out a pair of large gloves from his pockets. Kazuya smiled as he fingered the gloves tenderly; each time before Jin would leave the older man would leave him with something to keep him warm. Turning his head up towards the night sky Kazuya sighed, no snowfall tonight. He was suddenly engulfed in darkness as a familiar pair of warm hands slid over his eyes.
“Jin.” He breathed happily; his own hands reaching up to pull Jin’s down.
The older man smiled down at him, “Hello, Kazuya.”
Kazuya beamed in delight, “Ah, here are your gloves.”
Taking the cold gloves from Kazuya, Jin took off his scarf and wrapped it around the smaller man’s neck. Jin walked around the bench to sit next to Kazuya, but stopped as his eyes caught sight of the small bundle next to the smaller man and raised an eyebrow questioningly. Kazuya followed Jin’s line of sight and blushed. He placed the package in his lap as Jin sat down next to him.
“Ano. It’s just since every time you only stay for a little bit. I was wondering if you could stay longer this time, and well…I made you some sweets to eat. Although if you can’t I understand.” Kazuya said nervously.
Jin grinned widely and reached out for the bundle. “I’d love to try some.” He said, his hands reaching out to untie the fabric.
Popping the top off Jin’s eyes widened at the carefully made cream puffs. “You made these?”
Kazuya nodded his head shyly as Jin took a bite of one. “Umai! Kazuya these are great.”
“Really?” He sighed out in relief, “I’m glad you like them.”
Jin looked at Kazuya’s pleased smile affectionately and leaned in close. Kazuya stiffened for a moment as he felt Jin’s soft lips against his before his eyes slowly slid close as he relaxed into the kiss. Feeling Kazuya’s hand come up to his shoulder Jin’s eyes suddenly snapped open and he stepped off the bench; only just realizing the kiss happening between the two.
“Jin?” Kazuya whispered, almost fearfully.
Jin’s eyes were wide and frantic, “G-gomen. I can’t - I’m not supposed to- I should go.” He muttered out and took off running.
There was a sudden pit in Kazuya’s stomach and he couldn’t help but sense that Jin wouldn’t come back again. He prayed that he was wrong.

Jun looked up from his seat as one of the windows burst opened, Jin swooping inside. He rushed up to the other angel worriedly. Jin never flies. Jin reached out and grabbed Jun’s arms desperately.
“Jun! I-I messed up.” He cried out miserably.
“What happened - what did you do?” Jun asked softly.
Jin buried his head in his arms, “I shouldn’t have kissed him…I shouldn’t have fallen in love with him. Now, now I can’t go back to Kazuya.”

Kazuya kept his head down as he sat on the bench waiting for Jin. Over a week had past since their last meeting and ever since Kazuya had gone back to the park every night. He hoped the other man would show up like always, but Jin never did. Shivering into his thin jacket Kazuya wiped away a fallen tear, only to be replaced by another. Bringing his knees up to his chest Kazuya buried his face into the scarf Jin left behind as his tears streamed down his face.
“Jin.” He sobbed into the fabric.
He wasn’t sure how much time had past when the tears finally slowed, but the streets were empty and the once pitch black sky was beginning to light at the faintest hint of sunrise. His eyes were heavy and his vision blurred as a dark figure walked up to him.
“Why are you still here?” the person asked
His voice was quiet and almost impossible to hear. “Because this is the only place I can see him.” Kazuya tiredly answered before his eyes fell shut.

“What’s so good about me?” Jin whispered as he knelt down to Kazuya’s fallen form; Jun looking at him sorrowfully as he walked away.
Jin scooped up Kazuya into his arms and buried his face into Kazuya’s soft, cold hair. “Baka, to wait for someone like me until you’re like this.” Jin said quietly as deep black wings appeared from his back to envelope them both.

Short update this time, but only one chappie including a short epilogue left. It started out fluffy but I'm sorry about the extremely angsty end! T^T
Also just incase anyone was confuse cuz I definitly made it confusing the person that was asking Kame why he was still there was Jun not Jin(though Jin was there too)
I won't be able to update any fics again until next week as I'm going out of town this weekend so forgive me for the cliffhangers!
