yeah, being the same person on the internet and in person is pretty difficult. a lot of people suffer from "when i'm happy, i post on fb,when i'm sad i post on lj, when i feel pretty i post on instagram, etc." syndrome. they're all elements on you, you just go to different places depending on what's what. you wrote this here, but nowhere else. why? maybe because lj is your place for deep thoughts because you can write more? maybe because less people read it? and maybe facebook is just where you put things you don't see as being downer-ish, but are perceived by others that way.not lj deep, but deep.and YES. YESYESYES. find a place to get those feelings and thoughts out. i think it would be great for you. try to let your perfectionist side's guard down and just write.
