If you have solved of seen the fuzzy for this topic, don't comment. Otherwise, here we go:
So this is an interesting topic. There are many sides, and you could go totally in depth. But how does it fit the process, and how can freedom of speech become a future scene? What are problems you could have? People will disagree. That's about it. Because it seems to me that beyond that, what a "problem" is depends totally on your point of view. So what kind of U.P. are we supposed to come up with? "HMW protect freedom of speech?" "HMW make sure freedom of speech doesn't harm people?" Um, kind of depends on whether you believe in freedom of speech or not and to what degree. And solutions? We will write it into the constitution. We will fund the ACLU. The courts will decide that freedom of speech only applies to __________. Um, what is there here. And of course there's the issue of different countries. It's all about values. Some countries don't even see freedom of speech as important. Can anyone imagine a good fuzzy coming out of this that would allow the writing of a good U.P. and problem?
I'm thinking it's going to be something like, there is a new offensive something. People are mad and disagree over whether it has constitutional protection. But honestly, how can you write a booklet about that?
