We have 2 amazingly energetic ones, one clock-watcher, and I swing wildly from one side to the other. We have to bribe Gina (one of our energetic ones) with sweets to get her to actually write instead of just talking.

They never offered *me* sweets. I get vague threats, and yellings-at.

yeah... well we technically can't have sweets, not to mention that you do not *need* any more sugar. So I get on top of a chair and shout. Everyone else, did I mention that we go off on a LOT of random tangents, even at state about who is in who's band class or whatever while we're writing? Or something in the fuzzy will remind Thomas of something scientific and we'll be in for a five to ten minute explaination of some random thing that happened somewhere that somehow relates and is kind of cool scientifically.

that's because we are offering our sweets to the other teams. and i would not like to solve with you on a sugar high. something tells me there'd be more "LET THEM EAT CHEESE!!!!!!!" and less "have SATS to translate their language"

It's the only thing that works. We put a wine gum right in front of her, and she isn't allowed to eat it until she's finished her challenges. Then we do another one for solution ideas, and so on.

Yeah, I definitely swing more wildly than the other centrist. I can be way more crazy than him, but then I'm the only one sitting at a table in a chair once we start in on challenges.
