Do they cover state exenses too, or just IC?

ours covers state, to an extent (last year we had to get a room for two nights and they could only pay for one, but they cover registration and eval. fees), but only part of IC - it's wicked expensive for 4-5 people plus a coach, especially with airline expenses! thank god it's worth it. :)
