What do you guys think of misery lit?
(and its notorious friend, the fake memoir?)
EDIT: Right-o...misery lit/misery memoirs are a genre of "literature" where it's an autobiographical account of how damn shitty the author's life is. A million little pieces was one...until it was reclassified as fiction. Misery lit is a big seller because consumers have this wish to read about people who've been abused/messed up royally and will pay for these books. Check it.
