(no subject)
- Finished The Host. Loved it! I thought it was totally different to Twilight, so I won't even compare! I really just forgot I was reading a Stephenie Meyer book. I'm really looking forward to the sequels! I'm not sure if I want an entire change of characters or not, maybe just Ian and Wanda hehe.
- I went to donate blood on Monday. I can't even do that properly! That's how worthless I am! Haha. They kind of got half a bag out and then it stopped flowing and the machine started beeping and the nurse comes over and tries moving the needle about to get it flowing again, but it didn't work lol so I guess I saved... 1 life instead of 3 lol. Going back in January.
The mark is pretty big (for a needle mark), I don't know if that's normal or not and my elbow is sort of blue-ish, but it isn't a bruise :S
And yeah, the pinprick in the finger for a blood sample hurt more!
Anyway, my friend says I have a morbid fascination with blood. Lol, maybe that's true.
- So, I'm working now. At my mum's factory. It's, like, manual labour. Long hours, extremely boring but luckily not strenuous. Although it leaves plenty of time for thought (a whole 10 hours a day) so I wallow in self-pity a plenty :( It really sucks...
- Haven't been studying for my exam. Hm. Will start this weekend.
- Have asked Rove for Boyzone tickets...
- True Blood 1x08 - totally awesome. I will watch it again this weekend and then write about all it's goodness :D
- Dexter 3x05 - such an improvement from the last few weeks. It definitely picked up. And I'm excited about upcoming episodes again!
