Money
I felt like such a ditz today at the bank. Because I'm naïve and have had everything taken care of by my parents. So, I am not a person who knows anything about supers or tax or heaven forbid, interest rates; which my dad sent me to the bank to take care of today.
So now, I earn interest. Yay... I guess. I think I signed the form and then started asking all these dumb questions... but yes, hopefully I did it okay.
Also got my credit limit pushed up! Which means I can get my Kylie tickets this week! And I just saw that The Script are touring. And I want to go. But I don't know if anyone else knows who they are and would come with me (so yes? No? There's only like 3 people who read my LJ haha). Anyway, it's like $35, at a bar I think, so... I don't know if I want to go alone... maybe I will lurk on their forum and eventually find some like-minded buddies.
Anyway, met up with Erin for random-HAPPY FIRST OF SEPTEMBER! drinks at Mai Tai! Man, they have gooood cocktails! Only $9 during their weekday happy hour(S)! We met a New Zealand chick there who was nice and ended up chatting about heaps of stuff and amused ourselves when she kept saying 'chups' teehee and how she calls 7-11s 'dairies' or 'four squares'.
Thought the Kylie pre-sale was tomorrow, but it's not 'til Thursday which is good. I get to sleep in. And now I'm going to watch Taken Out and Australian Idol which I taped hehe.
