House Hunting
Today I got prequalified for a loan for $115k (though I could get $120k if I felt up to it and if the property taxes are low on the house that I finally choose) only because I wanted to keep the payments low.
Now that I know my limit I can seriously look at houses. I'm so glad I was already looking at the cheapy houses ~squeeeeee XD
