My Baby Boy
WE FOUND HIM!!! HE'S BACK!! :)
After a long night of trying to sleep, but having dreams that we found him only to wake up to him not here, making ourselves sick emotionally and physically after searching hours and hours last night and this morning for him...
I was on my way to the post box to drop letters and pictures off to all the animal shelters and figured I'd give it one more little "Forrest...come to mommy" and I heard a big meow that responded whenever I said that name. It was coming from around our building! I followed the sound, though not getting my hopes up since we had so many false alarms last night with it being a cat, but not our cat....and looked under the stairs...
It was him!! Finally, tears of JOY!
We know he wasn't there last night, because Harry looked, and our neighbors saw him around 5pm, but I put two bowls of food out so I think he was able to find his way back. Figures, it's around his breakfast time too ;)
