End of break
This first week of '06 has been great. Relaxing, fun and full.
Monday was very boring. Did absolutely nothing the whole day. The only time I was out of the house was to go get coffee at Starbucks with my new ling friend.
Tuesday was more involved, dentist, dropped off my brother, coffee in WeHo, bank, UCLA library to return a book, also checked out 3 new ones, went to Murphy and figured out how to do the application for my research 197 class, lunch/dinner with Voski at the Coop, then Starbucks at the Galleria did some reading for the research, then to my cousin's house to organize picks and then have a Sushi meeting til 10:30ish. So all in all, that was a very involved day.
Wed, was supposed to go to SD, but plans changed... Ended up going horseback riding for the first time with my cousin and Prude. Then dropped the cousin off at guitar practice and we went to Borders in Little Armenia II, after that we descided to go to Mel's by my house and then to Roman's for desert. Got the coffee cheesecake, very good, very dzanuhr, then back to my house where the three of us watched funny clips, and i think that was it for that day.
Thur, saw Good Night and Good Luck at Sunset5 then to CPK with mon ami, then back home for Armenian Xmas eve aka Khuhtum. Ate a bunch, took my brother to the Galleria and then back to Khuhtum. At night I met up with 3 of my friends and we went to TH, saw a few people who I hadn't seen in a while there. I was really happy that said ami was there, alot of fun. Got a bit tipsy, good times.
Friday, Did pictures again, and descided to split what was left, which reminds me that I have to do those soon. Car Wash. Tutoring at 4 and then Armenian Xmas Dinner at my 2nd cousin's place. Alot of fun, food, scrabble and mimic. The dentist figured out 1/2 of the words, no surprise, she is the master at this.
Sat, another long day, tutored at 10, mall, car wash (other car), Trader Joe's, Ralphs, started to pack, ate bird/porkchops (chalaghach), Met 5 HS girl friends up at the Getty at night, gorgous view, very clear sky b/c of the winds, it was pretty cold, but very worth it, hadn't been there at night, then dropped off something at my friend's place, then to In&Out to join the girls, then to Starbucks yet again at the Galleria, packeed, ran into my brother there, it was pretty fun but a bit too much after a while, 5 girls and alot of converastion.
Today, did the minimum, packed most of the day, took alot of things with me to the apt, had tutoring at 7, then just came to the apt (home), and ate taboule, popcorn and then noor! Yes I am on my period.
So overall great week. Met many cool people over break. We'll see how this quarter goes. Am really excited to start it. Not exactly sure what my final schedual looks like, but it is very chill. Hope I don't waste too much time.
