first phone solicator
So, i think i know what it must feel like to be stalked or randomly hit-on via technology. The other week I accidentally called a wrong number, off by a digit. This guy called me and asked "Did you just call me not too long ago?" I replied, "Yes, I did. But it was the wrong number." I remember him stalling a bit, reiterating that I had called, but I said again "it was the wrong number, then goodbye" and that was that. Then, a day or two later I get this text that says "You sound nice on the phone." I was like OMG! This is crazy. I didn't reply of course. Then yesterday {it's been about a week by now since the last text} i get a text that says "Do you want to get together for a cup of coffee?" Since I didn't recognize the number and it had been a decent amount of time since the first text, I write back, "Who is this?" He replies, "Remember me you called me last week", or something like that. AH! Do I call the police? Do I block this particular number? I wrote back sternly, "No. Please don't communicate with me again."
