"no, kent...water isn't usually bubbly..."

wound up going out tonight with some of my old youth group to see I, Robot. it was pretty good...not incredible, but okay. kinda predictable and there were lots of plots of other movies twisted in: robocop, pinnochio, matrix, fast and the furious, as well as hints of relations to anything religious (i.e. Jesus and Moses). all in all, a good use of my student ticket price. some way cool cats from up north and down south joined us in the middle of the state (i.e. mesa) for some good movie-going fun followed by, what else in mesa, but fili b's? wonderful as usual, and we de-virginized more than a couple people in one visit. our plan to introduce EVERYBODY to the magic of carne asada burritos at fili b's is well under way.

jake snorted hot sauce through a straw for 10 bucks. i'm so proud.

you know, i'm going to assume that if i'm suffocating someone they'll tell me and not just wait for me to watch them turn blue. this is all metaphorically, mind you...i'm not some suffocation freak.

i'm also going to go out on a limb to assume that one day, technology will be cast aside and replaced by conversation. and that it won't be conversation b/c there feels to be a need for it, but rather a want.

i'm beginning to pack, whee, but i still need a job.
