LOVE TRIANGLE THEORY
I realize that the subject of the premiere love triangle featured on "LOST" for nearly six seasons had sapped the patience of a good number of fans.
I know it had sapped mine. But has anyone ever considered the possibility that Kate wanted both Jack and Sawyer . . . at the same time? Is it possible that her idea of a "love triangle" was more of a ménage à trois, instead of a rivalry between Jack and Sawyer? In "The Little Prince" it was revealed that Kate claimed Aaron as her own, because she viewed him as an emotional crutch after Sawyer jumped from the helicopter. Well, wasn't there a photograph of her, Aaron and Jack in her L.A. house? If so, could one consider the photo as a . . . representation of her desire to have both men in her life?
Perhaps she wanted to be another Miriam Hopkins, who ended up with both Gary Cooper and Fredric March in the 1933 movie "DESIGN FOR LIVING".
