Proud of myself again...
To celebrate the fact I have straight As on this past semester (without cheating, of course), my aunt took me to lunch. Yum. Then I treated myself to a grande Mocha Cookie Crumble. Oh. God. Yes. It is THAT GOOD.
"Uprising" has been rather well too. Chapter 11 is only about one-thirds done in writing. One of my favorite scenes:
“I have work Monday morning, so Tsuzuki’d go with Hisoka to find out more information if we don’t find any tomorrow, right?”
“Sounds all right with me,” Hisoka answered. “I hope he’s behaving himself around you.”
“Oh, he’s okay,” Andrea said. “He’s not that bad. He does owe me for that extra fried tempura ice cream, though.”
“I didn’t know that was yours,” Tsuzuki protested.
“I ordered it, nimrod!”
“Well, you weren’t at the table when it showed up...”
“It was on my ticket!”
Kurama chuckled lightly. “Well, we’re going to let you go,” he answered, silently impressed that Andrea hadn’t considered trying to kill Tsuzuki. Yet.
Kind of funny she hasn't tried to hurt him. YET. Damn it, Andrea, stop arguing with Tsuzuki as if you're married to him... But it's part of it that I can release as far as Chapter 11 goes.
Other than feeling good about myself, I painted my nails in two different colors: lavender and green. If the purple was darker, I'd have Tsuzuki/Hisoka nails. Damn you, fandom.
Well, I better get off here. Got to clean the apartment so I don't have to do jack while on the weekend. Laters.
