(no subject)
Seems like noone writes on this thing anymore... well except Alicia of course!
So life for me these days consists pretty much in my house.Paying a mortgage and trying to get the things done that i want done. Its funny how you look at other people and see the way they still live their life like its one big party, and i myself used to do that. But boy - priorities sure do change when you decide its time to grow up.
And its when something big, or a special occasion comes along, and its 100 times more fun and exciting to have drinks and a good time!
If your on the outside and looking into my life, you would probably think GEEZ HOW BORING! but its at this time that im the most content that i have ever been. It doesnt phase me that i cant drink 5 times as much as i should, or that i cant go out til all hours of the night. I wake up on a Sunday morning and God am i so greatful to feel good, and not seedy with a huge headache! But as everything is - each to their own hey!
Its exciting to see all the most important people in my life growing up, and taking on awesome responsibilities. I have a pretty close - knit group of people in my life and its exactly what i want and need.
Even though little miss is having a boy, and not a girl (GRRRR) Im still pretty excited for this little man to come along and i cant wait to see 2 of my best friends become parents... SUCKERS... no! just joking =)
Lochie isnt a handful... hes two. haha. He has me completly exhausted at the end of every day and he can be so naughty sometimes, but then he does or says something so cute that i forget about all that! He got a motorbike off my brother for his 3rd birthday in Dec, aww he looked cute riding it.. *spoilt*
