IT'S WATSON'S COAT THAT HE LEFT WHEN HE LEFT TO PAY A MEDICAL VISIT TO A LORD IN THE COUNTRY AND HOLMES IS VERY LONELY.

As we know from candle_beck's new fic (so amazing, omg!) terrible things happen when Watson leaves Holmes alone for too long...

I imagine Mrs Hudson coming in and finding Holmes asleep under Watson's coat with Gladstone snuggled up at his feet (enjoying Holmes being asleep because he gets a brief respite from being experimented on) and just kind of rolling her eyes and tutting fondly.

Right?? Ugh, I was just saying to myself yesterday morning that I wanted new candle_beck fic, and suddenly it appeared on my flist! Poor Holmes. :(

Ugh, yes. The coat gets horribly wrinkled, but Holmes doesn't care, it smells like Watson.
