Gaming Love

Gotta love my four day weekends. I maximize my four days (when not doing homework) by catching up on my gaming. Since school started I haven't had much time to game. Even with me having only two days of school, those two days feel like a full week, so I have a full load even at home (well, with my Photoshop class anyway...I don't have Final Cut Pro YET but later on when we start to get into our projects, I'm pretty sure I'm going to need it). Still, one all is done, and I'm sitting at home broke as hell, gaming settles my sanity. Thank goodness I have my consoles and they all still work really well. I've been spending some bit of time playing those five games I got for my Nintendo 64 back at Naka-Kon. Enjoying somethings new and reenjoying a few old classics...can't go wrong. I've also been using my two computers to game quite a bit. My Steam account has had some additions to it such as Half-Life 2 and Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition. Yeah, know...oldish games, but I still love them nonetheless and enjoy playing them either at home or on the go. Plus, I need some more entertainment for my MacBook Pro, and there aren't many gaming options for Macs (but the App Store for Mac has some pretty good choices and can even play on my puny little 13" MacBook Pro).

Words just can't describe how much I love gaming. It's like my little escape from the rest of the world. I try to play as much as I can with what little time I have, and with the amount of games I have, it's just so much to play and so little time. But no matter. It's still a passion of mine that I'll carry with me to my grave.

gaming, random
