Alcohol free wine is really nice. It does smell like its alcoholic counterpart, but with less than 0.5% of alcohol by volume in the alcohol free wine means your nana can enjoy the smell and taste without the alcohol effects. If it's available in your country, give it a shot and suggest it to your nana.
