Okay, correct me if I'm wrong, but about a month ago I promised you people pics of my
Six Flags adventure. Geez, what a goof I am. Well, after a month of waiting, here they are! So...enjoy! People who have DeviantArt accounts have probably seen these already so feel free to skip if you wish.
Here's where my adventures at Six Flags usually starts off. At Batman the Ride.
My favorite part of the wait line is staring at the broke down Gotham PD car.
Watch out for that first loop. It's a doozy!!!
Getting ready to load on the cars. See the Batman costume on the right?
I spotted Robin shaking hands with the kiddies. I'll end up seeing him again later that day.
Coming up the path to the Superman: Tower of Power, my new favorite ride. Um...as far as I know, this ride is still closed because of the incident at the Kentucky Six Flags. So I was lucky to get on it when I did.
The height of the tower: a staggering 230 ft. The view from up there is exhilarating, but don't get used to it.
Coming down the tower...at 70 MPH!!! I told you not to get used to the view. Click...DROP!!!
Walking around the Bugs Bunny National Park and I spot Bugs himself with Pepe le Pew! I shook paws with the both of them.
Our newest ride, Tony Hawk's Big Spin.
A look at some riders on Tony Hawk. This ride broke down in the middle of my wait. It was a good hour before I was able to get the ride.
Looking at the straight drop of Mr. Freeze. I'll explain this one later.
Looking up at some riders on Xcalibur, another one of my favorite rides. This one'll scramble your brains a little.
Ah, Snowy's Ice Cream Factory, the entrance way to Mr. Freeze inside the DC Comics Plaza.
I know this pic is very distorted, but I wanted to get a shot of the take off of Mr. Freeze. Here's how this ride works. You start off here and you rocket onto the track at a staggering 71.8 MPH, you go around the track until you come up to that vertical drop that I showed you earlier, and you come back down said drop and fly back around the track at same speed.
Coming off Mr. Freeze, I find the Flash and Wonder Woman. I wanted to get a shot of just the sultry Wonder Woman, but you also get the Flash with it, so it's cool. And for the record, I happen to find Wonder Woman sexy (especially Bruce Timnm's adaptation of her).
Coming back around to Batman the Ride, Robin spots me wearing my Hardy Boyz shirts and we then engage in a little WWE talk. Just before we end it, who should show up but the Batman himself. Before I left, I had to get a shot of the both of them together.
Now it's getting hot in the day and it's time for a cool down. What better way to do so than with the Tidal Wave. Why do they call this the Tidal Wave? Take a good look at this pic, an you'll see why!
Getting off the Tidal Wave and I'm a little soggy, but I wanted to get a shot of boat coming down the drop. And yes, those are actually people on the bridge, and when that water hits them...well, you get the idea. BTW, that's 3000 gallons of water we're talking about.
The entrance way to another favorite of mine...The Boss!!!
A look at some riders coming down the first few drops of the Boss.
A look at the Characters Masquerade Parade.
The superheroes making their presence known in the parade. If you look closely, you'll see Batman right behind the Green Lantern. I was at a bad angle when I took this.
My biggest mistake of the day, Thunder River. Right after I got off this ride, it stormed. So I got more wet than I planned.
I hope you enjoyed those.
